Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Technician for a large healthcare company in Orange, CA. The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for inventory support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: setting up new users with new equipment, setting up inventory receiving of equipment, setting up shipping of devices, imaging devices, organizing and maintaining the inventory space, maintaining computer equipment, and providing support to anyone within an organization who needs technological assistance. The position will be on-site Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, starting as a 3-month contract with strong possibilities for extensions or a possibility for conversions if the opportunity arises!
Must have:
- 3+ years of Enterprise experience
- 3+ years of IT Support experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting a Windows environment
- Covid-19 Vaccine
- High School diploma
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills
- A+, N+, S+, or CCNA Certification
