This position will work on Crane repairs in a shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of mobile cranes and heavy equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct load testing, calibrations, and safety checks in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate service records, including work orders and inspection reports.
Collaborate with customers to provide clear communication regarding repairs, timelines, and recommendations.
Ensure all work adheres to OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer guidelines.
Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to complete tasks effectively.

Qualifications And Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics, hydraulics, or a related field is preferred. Valid certification for inspections of mobile cranes preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic software and tools.
Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in varying environments.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
