Residential Cleaning-

Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors (carpet, tile, wood).

Surface Cleaning: Dusting furniture, fixtures, window sills, and mirrors.

Waste Management: Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.

Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 20-40 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, and kneel.

Skills: No prior knowledge of cleaning. Will train as needed.

Attributes: High attention to detail, reliability, and capability to work independently.

Background: Ability to pass a background check or drug screen (if required).

Transportation: Dependable transportation to and from work.

1099 Independent Contractor

Hours: Full time hours vary per week, maximum hours never exceeds 40.
Monday through Friday work days. No weekends or nights.

8:30 am start time
