E-Commerce Sales Specialist
Location: Riverchase Office Park – Hoover, Alabama
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office
E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We’re seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Sales Specialist who will be directly responsible for driving significant online sales growth through smart digital strategy, creative execution, and results-driven performance for several products and services offered locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage product listings across multiple online platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
• Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, etc.)
• Create and manage digital promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns to increase conversions
• Analyze traffic, sales data, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure products are well-positioned and visually
appealing
• Manage SEO, keywords, tags, and analytics for maximum visibility
• Build email and remarketing campaigns to encourage repeat customers and loyalty
Qualifications
• 5+ years of documented e-commerce success with measurable sales results
• Proven experience managing and scaling online sales channels
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics or similar tools
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
• Creative eye for online presentation, branding, and product imagery
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Driven, accountable, and eager to exceed sales goals
