That’s a typical week for ACME’s Converting Operations Leadership Trainee—hands-on, fast-paced, and purpose-built to grow future supervisors.
About the Program
Our Supervisor-in-Training pathway is a selective development experience designed to prepare high-potential team members for Converting Department Supervisor roles. You’ll receive structured coaching, meaningful cross-functional exposure, and real responsibility leading people and processes in a high-performing operation.

Eligibility
- Willing and able to work any shift—including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Solid performance history and clean disciplinary record.
- Consistent safe work practices and a positive attitude.
- Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
What You’ll Master
Leadership, employee coaching, performance management, Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, production planning, quality systems, safety leadership, and using OEE plus performance metrics to guide decisions.
Program Expectations
- Rotate through multiple shifts to gain full operational perspective.
- Complete targeted leadership and technical learning activities.
- Own improvement projects and take on growing responsibility.
Upon Completion
Graduates who demonstrate readiness will be considered for future openings as Converting Department Supervisors as business needs arise.
