Are you passionate about helping others and have a knack for sales? Rocky Top Vapor is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Kingsport team! As the Tri-Cities' first and original vape shop, we’ve been dedicated to improving the lives of adult smokers since 2011 by offering premium vapor products. What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate at Rocky Top Vapor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vapor products to meet their needs.
- Providing expert advice and answering questions about vaping and electronic cigarettes.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and current trends in the vaping industry.
- Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and contributing to a positive store atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Basic knowledge of vaping and electronic cigarettes to assist customers effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be 21 years or older to comply with industry regulations.
