Job DescriptionIndustrial Parts Wash Technician
Location: Felss Rotaform — New Berlin
A day in this role
Step onto the production floor at Felss Rotaform and take ownership of a vital link in our automated manufacturing process: the parts washing operation. You’ll prepare your work area, stage materials, and keep components moving smoothly through industrial wash systems. As the shift progresses, you’ll monitor flow, keep the area organized, and communicate anything unusual to the lead or supervisor—ensuring consistent, quality output.
Core responsibilities
- Load and unload parts into industrial washing equipment
- Keep parts flowing correctly through the process
- Maintain organized staging and material flow
- Follow production procedures and safety requirements
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Maintain steady production flow while handling and moving parts between washers and staging areas
- Communicate production or equipment issues to the supervisor or lead person
