We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our team. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Post Construction Cleaner, you will play a vital role throughout the entire construction process.
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO NEIGHBORING CITIES FOR WORK.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of pre-/ post-construction properties, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Manage tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with other staff to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Reliable transportation is preferred for travel between job sites.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
Benefits: PTO after 6 months
Paid drive time after 30 minutes of driving. This will go into effect after a probation period of 90 days.

Schedule: 5-10-hour shift
Day shift ONLY Monday - Friday 7 am-3 pm.
