About the Role
Prima Mobile Detailing LLC is looking to hire for our Lead Detail Operations role. They should lead and grow our mobile detailing teams. This is a leadership role built from the ground up — you’ll start with a 4-week paid training period to learn our detailing processes hands-on, then transition into managing day-to-day operations, training new hires, and running our mobile teams.
We’re a luxury mobile detailing brand that takes quality, professionalism, and client experience seriously. We’re not looking for someone who’s just clocking in — we’re looking for someone who wants to build something and grow with the company.
What You’ll Do
- Complete a 4-week training program including mandatory video modules, a required knowledge quiz, and hands-on detailing training
- Manage and oversee mobile detailing teams in the field
- Train and develop new detailing technicians as the company grows
- Ensure quality standards and company processes are upheld across all jobs
- Handle scheduling, team coordination, and daily operations
- Communicate directly with ownership on performance, issues, and growth opportunities
- Represent the Prima brand with professionalism at all times

- Leadership experience or strong leadership ability — you know how to hold people accountable and set the standard
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — your team will follow your example
- Comfortable with physical work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality
- No detailing experience necessary — willingness to learn our processes is what matters
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must pass a background check
Details
- $24.00/hour, W-2 employment
- 4-week paid training required (must pass quiz to continue employment)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (transitioning to four 10-hour shifts as the company grows)
- Equipment and supplies provided
- Must adhere to company dress code (Prima merchandise provided)
