We are seeking a skilled and dedicated B Technician to join our team and contribute to our company's success. The B Technician will play a crucial role in performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and vehicles. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, vehicles, or machinery to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical problems and develop effective solutions.- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on mechanical components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems.- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs.- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.- Document all repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts used accurately and efficiently.- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques to enhance technical knowledge and skills.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training/certification in automotive technology or related field is preferred.- Proven experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role.- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vehicle components, and repair techniques.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.- Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.*State inspection certified is a plus!Join our team and become an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
