Position: Sales Associate – Automotive Sales
Location: Parkway Ford, Winston Salem, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base + Commission (Top Performers earn $100K+ annually)
Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts, ongoing training & development
Previous sales or customer service experience (Not Required)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism

Understand and present vehicle features, pricing, and options

Guide customers through the test drive and purchase process

Follow up with leads to maintain and grow client relationships

Hit monthly sales targets with the support of a dedicated management team

Log all customer interactions using our CRM system
What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
-
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
