We are hiring a Salon Manager to lead daily operations in a high-end, luxury salon. This position is ideal for an experienced salon leader or service-based manager who is goal- driven, client- experience focused, and committed to professional growth through coaching and training.

Qualifications:

- Salon management or leadership experience preferred

- Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills

- Willingness to complete structured coaching and training (up to 6 months)

- Goal- oriented with a focus on performance, growth, and results

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily salon operations and team performance

- Maintain exceptional guest experience and brand standards

- Support staff accountability, scheduling, and service flow

- Drive salon goals, retentions, and operational excellence
