Your main priorities are:
- Providing accurate information about the community’s amenities and services
- Offering recommendations for local attractions, services, and activities at or surrounding the community
- Assisting guests with obtaining reservations or tickets for local entertainment or attractions as requested
- Booking transportation for residents when requested
- Providing top notch customer service for our residents
- Helping to coordinate special events
- Obtaining details regarding special requests from residents and communicating request to appropriate managers
- Representing the Scully brand with your can-do, problem solving attitude when resident issues arise.
Requirements:
- First class customer service skills – you will be the first face residents see when they walk through the door
- A knack for sales
- A master of time management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Polished professional appearance
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
