Location: Montgomery, TX 77316
Pay: $16/hr | Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire | Immediate Start
Join BGSF and help keep a beautiful apartment community clean and welcoming! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and isn’t afraid of heights. You’ll also assist with power washing to maintain the property’s curb appeal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
- Assist with power washing tasks
- Remove trash and debris from property
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Work safely at heights when required
Qualifications:
- Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
