We are looking for a Director of IT to lead all things Information Technology related for a multi-year healthcare client. They've doubled in size the past 5 years and need an IT SME to help facilitate future growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all technological operations
- Ensuring operations align with the company’s goals and objectives
- Managing the network infrastructure, software systems, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Providing reliable, secure, and efficient technological solutions to support all departments within the organization.
- Support all company operations by leading the IT team members who also serve to support operations across six states.
Core Requirements:
- Experience with system installations, configurations, and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and enterprise applications.
- Full-time position with occasional after-hours as needed with ability to flex time, may require evening or weekend work for system maintenance or emergency response
- Requires travel to all stations across all companies with potential travel to external vendor sites or facilities
