• Pay Rate: Up to $59/hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

CIA Float Pool RN

Key Responsibilities:

-Floats to various inpatient units including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs.
-Provides direct nursing care, collaborates with other multidiscipline team members to provide patient care to various patient population.
-Conducts and documents assessments, nursing diagnoses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
-Precept staff from various units as needed.
-Coordinates care to multidiscipline team members to facilitate and provide the highest possible quality patient care.

Requirements:

-RN license in state of assignment.

-BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) required.

-Trauma 1 and EPIC expereince required.

-Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
