T&K Pediatric Services is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support children as they develop important motor, sensory, and everyday skills. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists and other pediatric professionals in a family-focused environment.

What You'll Do
- Assist Occupational Therapists with individualized pediatric treatment plans
- Provide engaging therapy activities supporting sensory, motor, and developmental growth
- Help children work toward functional and developmental goals
- Encourage families with activities and techniques that reinforce therapy goals at home
- Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions accurately
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team
- Help create a positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
- North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
