Qualifications:

Valid Ohio SLP license required
SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP candidates encouraged to apply
Experience or strong interest in working with K-12th grade population
Familiarity with school-based IEPs and therapy documentation
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload (maximum of 80 students)
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
Provide guidance, support, and advocacy for students with communication needs

This contracted role offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, allowing the chance to build lasting, positive relationships over the full academic year.
