Position: Assistant Property Manager
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 9am-5pm (30 min lunch)
Pay: $24
Location: Manchester, NH
You will assist the Property Manager with the day to day aspects of the property with duties including but not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Leasing apartments and qualifying prospects
- Preparing move-in paperwork including lease documentation
- Retaining current residents and prepare renewal lease documentation
- Processing invoices
- Conducting market surveys
- Ensuring all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Resolving resident complaints
- Enforcing property rules and policies
Qualifications:
- 2 years in Property Management or the hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work independently while the Property Manager is out of the office
- Must be reliable
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
