What You’ll Be Doing:
- Always responsible to greet, acknowledge and accompany customers.
- Collects information from customers' vehicles and completes video walk arounds.
- Picks up and delivers vehicles as needed to accommodate business/customer need.
- Shuttles customers to home, work, or other requested locations as needed.
- Parks and moves vehicles/equipment to maintain lot order as directed by management.
- Helps clean shop and service area to maintain cleanliness and customers areas.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and to designated parking spots.
- Performs general cleanup of vehicles after service work is completed as outlined in SOP.
- Cleans and maintains the washroom/bay throughout the day. Cleans and stocks at end of shift.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
- Assist technicians and parts team in running parts to and from parts areas, stalls and other locations.
- Supports service team with various administrative duties such as scanning, filing, etc. as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the team?
- 1+ years of experience in in automotive detailing, car wash, or reconditioning preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
