As the Membership Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our membership experience—building relationships, boosting sales, and creating memorable moments for our member families. You’ll work closely with our Guest Relations and Marketing teams to drive membership growth and retention through creative campaigns, engaging events, and outstanding guest service.
Essential Functions:
- Be the primary point of contact for all membership inquiries—onsite, online, and over the phone
- Develop engaging marketing content and promotions to attract and retain members
- Collaborate with staff to set and meet sales goals while fostering a high-energy sales culture
- Create and host exclusive member-only events that inspire loyalty and connection
- Maintain accurate records and assist with CRM data entry to ensure seamless member service
- Provide regular updates and motivation to front-line staff, recognizing top performers
- Work evenings and weekends as needed to support member events and guest experiences
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, creative, and sales-driven personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Must be available for evenings and weekends
