The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to customer service, reporting directly to the supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness of shared and public areas
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of housekeeping experience
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements
