Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium menswear showroom focused on custom and made-to-measure apparel. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about styling, sales, and team development. You will play a key role in driving store performance while delivering a personalized, high-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience

  • Hire, train, and develop a team of stylists and sales associates

  • Drive sales performance through clienteling, appointments, and repeat business

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on fit, fabric, and styling

  • Set performance expectations and coach team members to meet and exceed goals

  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to align with business needs

  • Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation

  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, including cash handling and reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in menswear or luxury apparel

  • Strong background in customer-facing sales and relationship building

  • Experience with custom, made-to-measure, or tailored clothing is a plus

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Results-driven with a focus on sales performance and client satisfaction
