Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium menswear showroom focused on custom and made-to-measure apparel. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about styling, sales, and team development. You will play a key role in driving store performance while delivering a personalized, high-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience

Hire, train, and develop a team of stylists and sales associates

Drive sales performance through clienteling, appointments, and repeat business

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on fit, fabric, and styling

Set performance expectations and coach team members to meet and exceed goals

Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to align with business needs

Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, including cash handling and reporting
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in menswear or luxury apparel

Strong background in customer-facing sales and relationship building

Experience with custom, made-to-measure, or tailored clothing is a plus

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams

Strong organizational and time management skills

Results-driven with a focus on sales performance and client satisfaction
