Overtime: As needed | Occasional weekends required
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
Pay may be higher based on experience. Experience with forklift operation, shipping/receiving, and inventory control may increase the starting rate.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Shipping Lead / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. This is a hands-on role that requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
- Load and unload trailers safely and accurately.
- Organize, secure, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Prepare and ship finished goods according to customer orders.
- Inspect and document incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.
- Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock labeling.
- Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and shipping documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support daily workflow and provide leadership within the shipping department.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
