Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
- Assist with account setup, system access, and password resets
- Perform routine updates, patches, backups, and system maintenance
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and track hardware replacements
- Document service requests, solutions, and equipment changes
- Support cybersecurity practices, including monitoring and basic security checks
- Collaborate with team members on technology improvements and system upgrades
Requirements:
Required:
- 1–3 years of IT support or computer technician experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Understanding of basic networking concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
