Job Description:
As a Fiber Internet Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fiber optic internet systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and a seamless internet experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install fiber optic cables and related equipment in customer locations.
- Perform site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during installations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fiber optic installation or a related field is preferred but we are willing to train the right individuals.
- Strong understanding of fiber optic technology and installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
