RealClean Minnesota serves airports and FBOs throughout the Twin Cities metro and greater Minnesota, including MSP, Anoka–County, Crystal, Flying Cloud, St. Cloud, Rochester, and regional general aviation fields.

In this role, you’ll help deliver professional cleaning and detailing services to a wide range of aircraft—from puddle jumpers to private jets. This is a fast-paced, hands-on job that offers variety, growth, and the satisfaction of seeing your work shine—literally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of detailing services including:
- Exterior wet/dry wash, waxing, and paint revitalization
- Brightwork metal polishing and de-ice boot refurbishment
- Full interior detailing, leather cleaning/conditioning
- Carpet and upholstery extraction, stain removal
- Lavatory and galley sanitation, wood and trim polishing
- Work closely with your team to complete each job on time and to standard
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper protective gear
- Represent the company with professionalism at client sites and airports
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

- Experience in detailing, cleaning services, or aviation industry
- Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Ability to pass FAA-mandated drug and background checks
- Comfortable traveling throughout Minnesota for assignments
FAA Compliance:
This position is subject to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in accordance with federal regulations. All applicants must comply with the company’s Drug-Free Policy and be willing to undergo testing upon hire.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Primarily Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed
- Schedule may vary based on aircraft and client needs
Training & Development:
RealClean provides paid, hands-on training to ensure every team member understands our standards, safety protocols, and detailing techniques. We invest in developing our team and teaching the right way to do the job—no shortcuts.
Prior aircraft detailing experience is preferred but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity.
