Our client, an automotive manufacturing company in the Holland/Zeeland MI area, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team!

This position will involve:
<ul>
<li>Making sure the highest quality of parts are delivered to the customers</li>
<li>Supporting suppliers, customers, operations and program launches</li>
<li>Ensuring IATF16949 compliance, internal auditing, PPAP submissions</li>
<li>Developing and managing quality systems</li>
<li>Supporting corrective action processes</li>
<li>Problem-solving, analysis of quality documentation</li>
<li>Customer interaction/communication</li>
<li>Creating/writing quality plans and procedures</li>
<li>Making sure job performance standards are met</li>
<li>Collaborating with other departments on continuous improvement projects.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of automotive manufacturing experience in quality</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field</li>
<li>Fast paced, motivated personality</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime as needed</li>
<li>Experience with vision systems is highly preferred</li>
