Johnson Service Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Wire Date Engineer for a 9-month contract position in the Fort Worth, TX area.
This position requires candidates to undergo an extensive background check as well as a drug screen. Candidates must not have any felony charges or convictions.
Selected candidates MUST be a United States Citizen and MUST provide a DOB (MM/DD) and complete a Right to Represent form in order to be considered.
Job Title: Wire Data Engineer
Pay Rate: $75.00/hr

Contract Duration: 9-months
Schedule:
9/80A (06:00 AM - 03:30 PM)
06:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Thur, every other Friday off. The Friday they work is 6am-2:30pm (off the 2nd Friday of the Biweekly pay period)
Job Summary:
- Developing system requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems to integrate aircraft systems and manage data bus and power requirements
- Develop aircraft wiring architecture, diagrams and schematics using Mentor Graphics
- Use Capital Harness Systems (CHS) toolset and release wiring drawings in coordination with aircraft systems engineers and wire routing and installation design engineers
- Evaluate wiring systems architecture in model-based design environment and architecture tools
- Support wiring suppliers, aircraft build installation, aircraft testing and operations, and aircraft/system qualification and certification.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering - or closely related field
Position Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience Developing system wiring requirements, architecture, and interfaces for the aircraft wiring systems.
- Direct use of MENTOR GRAPHICS Capital® tools for electrical wiring design (schematic, wiring diagrams, wire harness platform architecture, wire harness engineering, manufacturing formboard and tooling, technical publications).
- Familiarity with military certification and electrical wiring industry standards for aircraft.
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with system development and testing in a systems integration lab
- Experience with aircraft installation, functional testing, and troubleshooting
- Enovia, DOORS, and Serena Dimensions
- Creation of system architecture and wiring schematics.
