JOB TITLE: Project Closeout Specialist
LOCATION: Houston, TX
SCHEDULE: Full-Time
DURATION: 12-Month Contract
PAY: $20/hr
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will review and validate residential solar financing submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to funding requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing financing submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Analyzing financial and operational data to detect errors, discrepancies, or anomalies
- Ensuring all submissions meet required quality standards and service levels
- Supporting the financing approval process for residential solar projects
- Escalating issues, risks, or inconsistencies to management as needed
- Performing general operations processing and data validation tasks
Essential Duties and Job Functions: - Analyze and process financing submissions in accordance with company guidelines
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or documentation errors
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all submission reviews
- Support efficient workflow execution within operations and financing systems
- Communicate issues clearly and escalate when required
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

- Understanding of process compliance and quality standards

Education & Experience: - High School Diploma / GED required
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ year of relevant experience required
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (preferred)
