You'll possess strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies and a proven track record of on-time, on-budget project delivery. Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through their full lifecycle in collaboration with Product Management, Operations, and Technology.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes and communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field
- 5+ years of related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems
- Experience managing agile development projects as a Scrum Master
- Experience with complex, mission critical system design and evaluating and proposing alternative software designs
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in secure development practices
- Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology is a plus
- Experience developing or migrating applications to Cloud Environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) is a plus
