Seeking to hire a Sales Manager and Broker-In-Charge, must have at least 2 years experience as a producing active Broker in NC and be Broker-In-Charge eligible. Responsible for helping the agent's grow their business through coaching and business planning, retention of agents, recruiting of agents, and maintaining a great working environment.
