Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit during the night shift. This role is situated in a high-acuity step-down environment where you will be responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering complex intravenous therapies, and providing care for adult patients who are clinically unstable and transitioning from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions.
• Respond swiftly to any changes in patient status.
• Collaborate effectively with intensivists and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Experience in a high-acuity care setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
