Joseph M. Ghabour & Associates LLC, a reputable law firm located in Matawan, NJ, is seeking
a dedicated and highly skilled Paralegal with expertise in Personal Injury and Workers;
Compensation cases.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the personal injury field.
• Proven ability to handle case loads with efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation procedures.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing case files.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with all aspects of Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation cases.
• Managing case files, including gathering and organizing medical records, client correspondence, and court documents.
• Drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conducting legal research and summarizing case law relevant to ongoing cases.
• Coordinating and scheduling depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to obtain necessary information and updates.
