Schedule: Full-Time, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
As a Subject Matter Expert - Software Engineer, you will implement and upgrade records management software, perform systems administration of the records management system, and create and implement retention schedules and guidelines. You'll apply principles, practices, methods, and techniques of document and records management and control to ensure our systems are efficient and effective. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who meets these requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with records management systems such as OpenText, Micro Focus Content Manager, or HP Autonomy Records Manager
- Experience implementing records management systems
- Experience creating and implementing retention schedules and guidelines
- Proficiency with computer and database applications used in document and records management programs
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of document and records management and control
Experience working with the Department of Homeland Security is preferred but not required.
