Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education certification for Colorado preferred or eligibility to obtain
- Experience working with diverse student populations and varying exceptionalities
- Strong communication skills and ability to contribute to a collaborative educational environment
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Adaptability to serve in elementary, high school, or center-based settings as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and push-in instructional services to students with IEPs
- Document progress and uphold compliance with student plans and district guidelines
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Adapt strategies and materials to meet unique learner needs
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom culture
