Job Description

The Residential Building Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall

appearance of a residential building and its common areas.

Must be able to work: Sun 9am-8pm, Tues Wed Thurs 2pm-9pm, Sat 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas

• Trash and recycling removal

• Assisting superintendent with light maintenance

• Snow removal and seasonal duties

• Monitoring building safety

Qualifications

• Prior porter experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable attendance
