Position: Yardi Voyager Commercial Tech Support
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite – 5 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Yardi Voyager Commercial Administrator to support and optimize our use of the Yardi platform across multiple modules. This onsite role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate systems, providing user support, and enhancing workflows across departments.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager and a strong understanding of modules such as PayScan, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF), and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support contact for all Yardi-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Administer and maintain Yardi modules, including Voyager Core, PayScan, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, ABF, and Maintenance.

Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings across modules.

Collaborate with accounting, asset management, and property management teams to align system functionality with business needs.

Lead module-specific training sessions and develop user guides and documentation.

Coordinate with Yardi support and third-party vendors for escalated issues, upgrades, and system enhancements.

Monitor system performance and data integrity, performing regular audits and reconciliations.

Assist with system integrations and data migrations as needed.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (required).

3+ years of experience in a Yardi administrative or support role, with multi-module exposure.

Strong knowledge of real estate operations, ideally within commercial or medical office sectors.

Familiarity with GAAP accounting, audit controls, and financial reporting workflows.

Experience with Yardi custom reporting tools (SQL, SSRS, or YSR) preferred.

Background in healthcare real estate or net lease portfolios is a plus.
