As a key member of the team, the TIG Welder will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds for quality, and follow safety protocols. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of TIG welding experience
- Proficient in welding stainless steel and thin-gauge materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in fabrication and assembly of metal parts
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant technical training or certification in welding preferred
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Welding test required (50% markup / 480 hours)
- Monday-Thursday schedule, 6AM-4:30PM, with occasional Friday overtime
- Must maintain a clean and organized work area
Salary Range: $25–$30 per hour DOE
