About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder (Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends) to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You’ll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support our scoop squad

Delivering amazing customer service

Manage shifts (opening or closing) and daily operations

Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly

Physical Requirements

Carry up to 50lbs

Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day

Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory

Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
