This position prepares you to oversee all aspects of store operations — from customer experience to profitability — while developing the skills to lead a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:

Learn all aspects of store management including operations, staffing, and financial performance.

Deliver a clean, friendly, and in-stock experience for every customer, every time.

Drive sales and control costs to meet profit goals.

Coach, train, and develop team members for success.

Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies.

Manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.

Lead by example through exceptional service and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in retail, food service, or convenience store management.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and motivate teams to excel.

Must be available to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
