We are seeking a professional, customer-focused HOTEL FRONT DESK MANAGER to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a team of front desk associates, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.

Compensation:

$15 hourly


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk and reception area
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle inquiries, reservations, and customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records, bookings, and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Enforce company policies and procedures at the front desk
  • Monitor inventory of office/front desk supplies and place orders as needed



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (management experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
