We are seeking a professional, customer-focused HOTEL FRONT DESK MANAGER to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a team of front desk associates, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
Compensation:
$15 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage front desk staff, including scheduling, training
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk and reception area
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, bookings, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Enforce company policies and procedures at the front desk
- Monitor inventory of office/front desk supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
