Build and Support Enterprise Network Infrastructure at Scale
We are representing a stable, growth-oriented financial institution seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and evolve its enterprise data center and LAN/WAN network environment.
This is a hands-on, technically demanding role ideal for an experienced Cisco-focused engineer who thrives in enterprise routing, switching, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will play a key role in maintaining infrastructure resiliency while contributing to modernization initiatives.
This is not a help desk or support-heavy position. It is a core infrastructure role with meaningful impact.
What You’ll Work On
- Enterprise LAN/WAN architecture and support
- Cisco routing and switching (including Nexus environments)
- Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Network segmentation and redundancy design
- Firewall administration and network security practices
- Network performance monitoring (SNMP, NetFlow, related tools)
- Data center infrastructure support
- Change management and infrastructure upgrades
- Disaster recovery readiness and contingency planning
You will collaborate closely with infrastructure leadership and play a visible role in network modernization initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years of network engineering experience
- Strong Cisco IOS-XE and/or NX-OS experience
- Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Experience with network segmentation and redundancy
- Firewall and security familiarity
- Data center experience preferred
- Experience in regulated environments helpful but not required
- Professional communication skills and team orientation
CCNA or CCNP preferred.
Work Structure
- $100K–$120K base
- Overtime eligible

- On-call rotation (approximately one week per month)
- Fully onsite in the York, Nebraska area
