<p>We are seeking a Janitor Custodian to join our team!&nbsp;You will be responsible for&nbsp;maintaining a clean and orderly environment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Keep buildings/ offices in clean and orderly condition</li>
<li>Perform heavy cleaning duties&nbsp;such as cleaning floors and vacuum carpets.</li>
<li>Perform routine maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Organize custodial closets and spaces</li>
<li>Maintain working condition of cleaning&nbsp;equipment</li>
<li>Provide on vehicle to move from one job to other NOT more than 8 miles between jobs. We pay commission for use your own vehicle.</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
