We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to introduce energy management solutions while delivering a consultative, results-driven experience.

What You’ll Do
- Engage customers through in-person customer engagement in a retail environment
- Offer in-store energy sales consultations and provide customized recommendations on electricity plans and reliable energy services.
- Open and activate new customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Build strong customer relationships through a personalized sales approach
- Handle objections confidently and guide customers through the decision-making process
- Track sales activity and performance using company systems
- Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and technology
