Route Concierge – Part-Time (M–F, Business Hours)
Classic Cleaners is seeking a part-time Route Concierge to serve as the communications hub of our Route Department.
This role is all about answering phones, assisting customers, and solving problems like missing or misdelivered items. You’ll document and escalate feedback when needed, coordinate with drivers and managers, and occasionally drive locally to retrieve or deliver an errant order (not a full delivery route).
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s license. Customer service experience is a plus. Part-time, Monday–Friday during regular business hours.
