The Opportunity
Are you a detail-obsessed professional who believes that luxury is found in the precision of execution? We are seeking a Concierge to serve as the operational backbone of our front-of-house experience at a flagship Class X commercial property in Miami Beach. This is a property that does not just lease space; it delivers an intentional expression of luxury, care, and belonging.
This role is designed for a highly organized individual who possesses genuine hospitality instincts and the process-discipline to manage multiple moving parts without ever losing precision. Core Responsibilities
- Service Coordination: Support the management team in executing tenant requests, service arrangements, and personalized touchpoints.
- Relentless Follow-Through: Track all open service items until each is resolved, confirmed, and documented.
- Precision Communication: Interact with tenants in person and in writing with the warmth, precision, and discretion the brand demands.
- Preference Management: Maintain accurate records of tenant preferences and service history to ensure personalized service delivery.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with third-party providers and amenity partners, managing scheduling logistics and confirming service details.
- Operational Support: Manage deliveries, visitor registration, and tenant notifications with accuracy and urgency.
- Programming & Events: Assist with the logistics for tenant activations and private events, including RSVP tracking and vendor setup.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 2+ years in luxury hospitality, executive support, concierge services, or high-touch service coordination.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Organizational Mastery: A demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously while remaining calm and precise under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools, service management platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion: A commitment to absolute professional composure and discretion in all interactions.

- Location: Miami Beach, Florida.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time, Non-Exempt).
