Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a strong, hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of one of our Warrens restaurants. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive results, build a great team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience every day.What You’ll Do

<li>Lead daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and service</li>
<li>Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift</li>
<li>Own the P&amp;L: control food cost (30–33%), labor, and overall profitability</li>
<li>Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team</li>
<li>Create effective schedules and manage labor to sales</li>
<li>Maintain clean, safe, and fully compliant operations</li>
<li>Hold your team accountable to Warrens standards</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Proven restaurant leadership experience (GM or strong Assistant Manager)</li>
<li>Solid understanding of food cost, labor, and inventory control</li>
<li>A hands-on leader who leads by example</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, accountability, and consistency</li>
<li>Ability to build, coach, and retain a great team</li>
