Position Overview
As a Salesperson, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by providing exceptional service, product knowledge, and a professional experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
- Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
