What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of automotive sales professionals.

  • Set and monitor sales goals, motivate the team, and ensure consistent performance across the department.

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection and build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service.

  • Oversee all aspects of the F&I (Finance & Insurance) process, including presenting financing options and aftermarket products.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for finance operations.

  • Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms.

  • Help structure deals that maximize profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver high-quality presentations of vehicles and finance products with professionalism and product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

  • prior dealership experience in both sales and finance roles

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of team development

  • In-depth understanding of automotive sales processes and F&I procedures

  • High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
